As a collaborative regional body, we seek grant funding from State and Federal sources to bring regional-scale projects to life. We’ve been successful in securing funding to deliver projects across key areas, from Disaster Resilience, Waste and a Circular Economy, Economic Development, Net Zero, Contaminated Land and Biodiversity, Water and Environmental Compliance. In doing so, our organisation ensures each project not only aligns with the shared priorities of the ten member councils but also delivers tangible benefits to the broader Hunter region.
