Lockdown Council Collaboration on Waste Services 2021

  • September 29, 2021

The Hunter JO has been hosting weekly sessions with our Member Councils with the aim of sharing information and ideas around the public health order and its impacts on waste operations.

With a focus on ensuring information flows between councils and across the region, there is an opportunity through these collaborative council workshops in lockdown to discuss regional emergency management responses, as well as business continuity planning.

For more information on our Waste and Resource Recovery program, visit our program page or read about our current projects on our website.

If you would like to find out more or get involved in this collaboration please contact our Regional Policy and Program Coordinator for WARR and Circular Economy, Eloise Lobsey on eloisel@hunterjo.com.au or 0448 160 800
