After a successful Green Caffeen launch in the Hunter, the number of cafes signing up to the program is continuing to grow, rising from 49 at the time of launch, to a current total of 58 cafes across 7 council areas. There are 628 registered Green Caffeine customers across the region, who to date have saved 3,844 single use cups from ending up in landfill.

In more good news, another Green Caffeen launch is being planned for the Central Coast, as Central Coast Council joins the revolution. The proposed launch is planned for mid-July 2021, extending the program even further across the region.
