2012 Water Smart Model Planning Provisions and Practice Note Series Kit

The Model Planning Provisions are designed for Councils to tailor to their specific needs in integrating the urban water cycle management into their strategic plans, LEPs and Development Control Plans. Accompanying the Model Planning Provisions is a series of Practice Notes designed for developers or owner builders to assist with the integration of WSUD into developments (matching the Council DCPs and LEP provisions).  The kit includes the following:
