Phase one of our Regional Infrastructure Priority Lists (PIL) project is now complete, with a draft prioritisation framework to be presented to the April meeting of the Hunter JO Board. The methodology has been developed with input from across our Member Councils and partner Agencies, including piloting the method with actual infrastructure examples in our Region.
This framework includes a rapid cost-benefit analysis template spreadsheet and a five-stage process with 11 articulated criteria throughout each stage.
The Hunter JO is now preparing to undertake Phase 2 of the project, which includes development of a tool to facilitate and automate the collection and assessment of infrastructure data from across the region.
Head to our previous update for more information on this project.
