New staff member, Eloise Lobsey joins the Waste and Resource Recovery Team at the HJO, working on the program areas of Regional Waste and Resource Recovery Strategy and Circular Economy.
Eloise is passionate about circular design thinking, waste avoidance and local food systems, and enjoys designing and delivering strategic and impactful environmental programs. Having 13 years’ experience in local government both here in NSW, Victoria and the UK, Eloise’s diverse experience has included environment policy; food systems; resource recovery; behaviour change programs; placemaking and land use planning.
Eloise has a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Environmental Management) from the University of Newcastle and a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New England.
