In addition to the collaborative work of the Hunter Joint Organisation, the ten councils of the Hunter region provide a suite of specialist services to support and empower the local government sector across the Hunter Region and more broadly across NSW. This work is delivered through a separate corporate entity, Arrow Collaborative Services. 

Arrow currently houses Local Government Legal, and Regional Procurement.
