Launching Events10: Our Top 10 Destinations

  • August 29, 2023

Introducing Events10!

Events10: Our Top 10 Destinations for your Event

10 Destinations. 1000s of Venues. 1 Website. Endless Possibilities.

In July, we officially launched our Events10 initiative to a room of passionate events and tourism operators, council staff, event advocates, and economic development professionals from around the region.

Events10 Launch

Events10 is a network hub to connect with the locals who’ll help curate your ‘talked about forever’ event in our 10 regional destinations of valleys, mountains, coasts, and towns in NSW. From the coast to mountains, the Events10 website aims to provide event managers with information and resources to make it easy and attractive to host an event in our beautiful Hunter region. It also provides a central location to find out about what events are happening right across our region.

Events10 is one of the key outcomes from our A2E: Accelerating Events Economies Project which aimed to build resilience and recovery by stimulating regional event capability. Head to our A2E project page to see the full range of outputs delivered as part of this exciting project!

Head to events10.com.au to:

Congratulations to all involved in getting this incredible initiative off the ground for our region! Events10 is the result of a collaborative effort from our ten Hunter councils, Destination Sydney Surrounds North, Committee for the Hunter, and Department of Regional NSW.

This Bushfire Local Economic Recovery project is jointly funded by the Australian and the NSW Government under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements.
