As we head into 2025 there are several changes in our team as we welcome new members and others take on new roles and responsibilities.

Key changes include:

• Chris Dart has taken on the role of Program Lead – Circular Economy, replacing Eloise Lobsey during her 12-month period of maternity leave.
• Janine Chandler has taken over the role of Senior Project Coordinator – Net Zero previously filled by Chris.
• Sara Mason has joined the team as Regional Project Officer, initially focusing on delivery of the Community Recycling Centres education campaign, progressing the Circular Economy Knowledge Hub initiative and coordinating the Sustainability Educators Group.
• Kerri Watson, Project Officer-Problem Waste recently left the team to accept a policy role with the NSW Government. We are currently recruiting for Kerri’s replacement who will lead co-ordination of the Regional Illegal Dumping (RID) Program.

We are currently recruiting for two new cadet positions to start in the coming months. These roles are fully funded from a NSW Office of Local Government grant and will support our regional advocacy and communications and capacity building work.
