Community Recycling Centres Survey – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

By entering the “Community Recycling Centres Survey” Arrow Collaborative Services competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 

  1. STANDARD TERMS 

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. 

1.2 By entering the competition, you’re agreeing to share your details including first name, last name and email address with Arrow Collaborative Services and the Hunter Joint Organisation.

1.3 These third parties may use your email address in marketing communications.

1.4 You have the right to opt out of communications from Arrow Collaborative Services and any of the third parties at any time. 

  1. WHO CAN ENTER? 

2.1 Entry is open to all residents living in the following local government areas: Central Coast, Cessnock, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, MidCoast, Muswellbrook, Newcastle, Port Stephens, Singleton, and Upper Hunter, who agree to the terms and conditions of entry. 

  1. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The competition commences on the 27th June 2023 at 9.00 AM AEST and concludes on 20th July 2023 at midnight AEST. 

3.2 In order to enter, entrants must fill out the entry form on SurveyMonkey on https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/hjocrc2023  and agree to the terms and conditions of entry. 

3.3 There is only one entry allowed per person.

3.4 Entries must be received by 20th July 2023 at midnight AEST. 

  1. PRIZES 

4.1 There will be one (1) prize draw and one (1) winner. The winner will receive one prize package, as set out below. 

4.2 The prize consists of: 

  • 1 x $500 Eftpos Gift Card

4.3 The winner will be chosen by random draw on 21st July 2023 and notified by email on 21st July 2023. The prize will be sent via registered post to the winner’s nominated address by 28th July 2023. 

  1. HOW TO WIN 

5.1 There will be one (1) winner chosen from total pool of entries received, chosen on 21st July 2023. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.2. 

5.2 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
