Through the collaborative works of the Hunter Joint Organisation, the 10 councils of the Hunter region identified a need for the development of specialist business units to independently provide a suite of expert services to local governments across the Hunter Region, NSW, and Australia.

And so, Arrow was borne out of this collaboration.

Arrow is now a collective organisation of business units all working towards the same goal of providing specialist services to support and empower the local government sector.

Arrow currently houses Local Government Legal, and Regional Procurement.

As new needs and requirements emerge across government platforms, Arrow looks for opportunities to design and provide new services, expertise and assistance to councils to meet these needs.
